Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first conversation — on a call, on WhatsApp, or at the office — is always free and carries no obligation. You decide to go ahead only if the guidance makes sense for you.
How do I book a consultation?
Call +91 91063 63857, message us on WhatsApp, or use the enquiry form on this site. We’ll schedule a time that suits you — over the phone or in person at our Diwalipura office.
Do I need to bring anything to the first meeting?
Just your questions. If you have your marksheets handy, bring them — they help us give more specific guidance. We’ll give you a full document checklist once we know your course and college.
Do you only help students in Vadodara?
No. We are based in Vadodara, but we guide admissions for colleges and universities across India — and students from anywhere can reach us by phone or WhatsApp.
The process
How admissions work
How long does an admission take?
It depends on the course and college — typically a few weeks from first call to seat confirmation. Entrance-exam-based admissions follow the exam calendar. We’ll give you a realistic timeline in the first conversation.
What documents do I need for admission?
Usually marksheets, ID proof, passport photos and school or college leaving certificates. Entrance-exam admissions may need category certificates and exam scorecards. We prepare a simple, course-specific checklist for you.
Do you fill application forms for me?
We complete forms together with you, verify every entry, and submit on time. You always review and approve before anything is final — nothing is done behind your back.
What if I miss a deadline?
That’s exactly what we prevent. Every application, exam and payment deadline is tracked and you get reminders in advance. If a deadline has already passed, we’ll map your next-best options honestly.

How much does your service cost?
The first consultation is free. Any service fees are discussed openly before you commit — there are never hidden charges. Some services (like college fee payments) go directly to the college; we don’t touch your college fees.
Can you help with scholarships?
Yes. We review your eligibility for government and college scholarships, help you prepare applications and documents, and track them until you get an answer. Ask about scholarships in your first consultation.
Do you help with education loans?
Yes. We explain lender options, eligibility and documents in plain words, and help you put together a complete application. See our scholarships & loans page for details.
What if I don’t meet a college’s eligibility?
We’ll tell you honestly, and then show you realistic alternatives — a different college, a different course, or a bridge program. We never push you toward an admission you don’t qualify for.
